Here at EcoWorld, we strive to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience possible. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, you have up to 24 hours from your confirmation email timestamp(PST) to reach out to sales@ecoworlddirect.com to cancel your unwanted order. Please include in your subject: the name on your order, your order number and CANCELLATION so we can processes this as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item if it is in its original, unused condition. Please email us as soon as possible to process your return.

In the event a return has been requested, we will email you a return label for you to ship the unwanted item(s) back to us using the United States Postal Service. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return once your items have been received and processed back at our warehouse. You will see a credit from 'ECOWORLDDIRECT' or 'ECOWORLD' on your statement.

Exchanges

We are currently only processing returns for unwanted items. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another one, please refer to our refund policy and procedures to process your refund. You will be able place a new order for the items you would like, with standard processing and shipping times.

Damaged Items

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@ecoworlddirect.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and brief description of what happened. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for all.
